Resolved Question: Which school should I really consider?

I am currently a high school junior and I am beginning to look at various colleges. I want to go into physical therapy or something similar. I have looked at University of Iowa, University of Wisconsin-Madison, Michigan State University, and University of Dayton (OH). Obviously I am looking at staying in the midwest. What school has the best program? Good intramurals? Any other reccomendations? I also want to know if they charge the out-of-state fee. Some of them are really expensive out of state. My high school GPA is 3.9 (out of 4) and I have only taken the ACT once but I am planning on taking it until I get around 30. The first time I took it though it was a 25. Thanks so much....
