Resolved Question: Based on my scores in High School, Will i get into these colleges?

So basically I am second semester Junior looking into college already. My unweighted GPA is currently at a 2.92, but i can get it to a 3.1 by the end of the year. So with a 3.1 gpa, 30 ACT would i get into any these colleges?
